At Evelyn Brooks, we understand you may have a few questions — and we’re always happy to help. Below are answers to the ones we hear most often. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, please do get in touch with us directly.

How long will it take to receive my order?
As each handbag is crafted and prepared with care, please allow 3–5 working days for order processing. Once your order has been checked and carefully packed, shipping within the US typically takes 2–4 working days. International shipping times will vary depending on your location.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free shipping across the United States as our way of saying thank you for supporting our small, family-run workshop.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey from our workshop to your door.

What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely delighted with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of shipping. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Returns are free of charge within the US.

Do you ship internationally?
